Perfectly trained - Teaching the fundamentals of Robotics

Equipped with the small robot KR AGILUS, the training cell RTS1KB is ideal for learning the basics of robot operation and programming. With the integrated accessories, it is possible to create numerous exercises with varying degrees of diffi culty – from simple stacking tasks to continuous path motion at the external TCP. The extremely compact cell can be moved easily by pallet truck, fits through standard doors and in nearly all passenger elevators.


The RTS1KB is a compact robot cell for teaching and training purposes. Like in industrial applications it is completely enclosed thus providing maximum safety for equipment and user. The transparent safety screens allow optimal view of all activity within the robot cell. The safety concept includes one emergency-stop and also the continuous monitoring of the door.

The cell is equipped with a KUKA 6-axis articulated robot of the agilus series. A gripper with pneumatic collision protection device is part of the standard equipment. A touch panel for controlling and programming the robot is included as well.

The WorkVisual software package is the engineering environment for KR C4 controlled robotic cells. It offers the following functionalities:
